APCs AND FUNDING POLICY

Journal Funding AND Subsidy Statement

The Journal of Surgery and Advanced Medical Research (JSAMR) is committed to removing financial hurdles for researchers worldwide and fostering open science dissemination. To support the global scholarly community during its foundational years, all operational, editorial, peer-review, and digital hosting costs are fully subsidized by our parent publishing body, MSAR Institute.

100% APC Open Access Waivers Active
Consequently, no Article Processing Charges (APCs) apply to any submissions through December 2027. All accepted manuscripts will be processed, layout-polished, and published entirely free of charge.
Future Policy Notice: To ensure long-term digital preservation and sustainability of management of Editorial expenses in manuscripts processing from submission to publication steps, a standard publication fee of 100 USD will be implemented for all new submissions starting from January 1, 2028 onwards. This nominal cost allocation is strictly justified by the scaling requirements of our peer-review management system infrastructure, expanded cross-repository metadata registration models, server storage capacity updates, and continuous optimization of permanent multi-lateral archiving protocols necessary to maintain uncompromised technical publication quality.
